The most expensive Bond car ever sold at public auction was a 1965 Aston Martin DB5 that set a model record when it achieved $6,385,000 at the RM Sotheby’s Monterey 2019 sale. Hagerty, which knows more than most about the value of classic cars, analyzed the premium paid for James Bond movie cars at public sales and found the premium is up to nearly 5000% over similar standard models.
